Zero stars. This location is the worst Subway store Iāve ever been to. First off, I had to place my order through someone elseās account because this store always shuts off mobile ordering and the subway app does not allow payments to go through. I placed an order to be ready for 1:50pm, I go in around 1:45pm and the order is already done and very cold. Both subs I asked to be toasted and they were not even slightly warm which means they were made a while before 1:50pm. I get in my car to check the subs and both severely lacked protein. My sub was all bread and vegetables. This store also has Italian herb and cheese bread but itās not available on their app to order. Today, they said the bread was burnt although I was told previously that I could request Italian herb and cheese bread in special instructions since it isnāt an option on their mobile app. I also had special instructions and when asked if they provided sauce on the side, the red headed female employee said she put it on the sub completely ignoring my special requests. I have had SEVERAL poor experiences at this location from terrible food quality and terrible customer service. The red headed woman always has an attitude and never wants to do what the customer asks for. I went back in to have both subs remade and they reluctantly remade them for me. I had a survey coupon code for 2 free cookies or a drink, and was denied because she says I HAVE to rate their store a 10 to receive the cookies or drink. I have never heard of having to rate your store experience a 10. This seems to be a shady tactic for this store to receive excellent reviews despite their terrible customer service and food quality. If someone could please reach out to me and report this location, and that employee because this is an ongoing issue for MANY customers at this location. Upon going in the store she was not attended right away. Then the gentleman that was supposed to be attending to her stopped making her sandwich to start making sandwiches from an online order that came in. After 5 minutes of being ignored she called for the guys attention so he could go back to assisting her. Since he did not another young lady stepped in to wrap up the sandwich and cash my mother out. After my mother arrived home I checked my sandwich and noticed it was missing bacon but I didn't fuss I put it aside to eat later. When I finally sat to enjoy my sandwich I realized that it wasn't just missing bacon it was missing guac too. I drove back to the store around 5:45pm to ask for them to fix the sandwich. After waiting 25 minutes for them to pull up the receipt the young lady tossed out my old sandwich and made me a new one and told me I had to pay $3.50 for the bacon and guac because the young lady who cashed out my mother cashed out the wrong sandwich as if that was my fault. When asked for a manager I was told that there was not one on duty and I would have to come in the morning.When I asked if they could get a manager on the phone they told me that they had called twice and that they got no response. When asked if they could call again I was ignored completely by all three employees. This was absolutely the worse Subway experience I have had in my life. I will never visit this Poinciana...

With out fail In the last 10 weeks Iāve been there they have only had the rotisserie chicken for the chicken bacon ranch TWICE, in 10 visits Iāve only gotten my sandwich 2 times. When they donāt have the meat that goes on it they charge you more for the sandwich because they need to add bacon $1.50 per sandwich. If itās not the meat itās the bread either no Italian herbs and cheese or white at 4-6 pm? Why? Whose lack of planning is this? Also they rarely have cookies made when I go.
Iāve spoken to the regional supervisor ROSIE almost every time I leave the store and her last words of advice to me were to just go to another subway im not going to be happy going to this store.
Well if Iāve called you 8-9 times to give you complaints and suggestions and you tell me to go somewhere else itās because you donāt care to fix the issue.
The employees there rarely are in a good mood and seem annoyed that customers complain when something is wrong.
