Disgustingly unprofessional and hostile work environment.. leads will yell at you and get aggravated at you for not understanding spanish as a english speaker (had to beg my supervisor to allow me to get trained in english by someone who is qualified to train). They also had listeria in the drains of the soy paper machines for 7 weeks until they let me go (after reporting my lead to hr about her hostility) for "under-preforming" when in reality my leads and supervisors refused to communicate properly or give any constructive criticism.
