Buckle Corporate what’s going on? Very Poor choice in staffing with Dona. I have been shopping with the buckle for over 10 years and I am very disappointed in the service at this store. I just moved here to Ponca and I was used to the Enid location with Lincoln and he is the TOP manager and would never treat his customers the way Dona did. I will no longer be shopping here after the treatment I received. I made a layaway 11/16, two payments ($75) one being in December, and they put my stuff back in January without any phone calls at all. When I went to pick it up they couldn’t find it and were shocked it was put back. The sweet girl working told me she would talk to Dona when she came in. I picked three new things out including one of the items that was previously put back. She assured me she would hold them so I could use my credit. The young girl called me Monday night or Tuesday and let me know she talked to Dona and they would give me my layaway down payment back so I was very happy with that. However, my husband stopped by this evening to pick up my credit and the 3 small items and he said the lady said she couldn’t not give him the credit and that she put the items back on the floor again for inventory ( this is Wednesday).. Read moreI had a really positive experience here. I had a return, and the ladies were all very nice. They made sure to help me with all of my needs. I was being super picky, and couldn't find the Jean's I wanted at first. They stayed calm and collected. I even walked around with a watch on for about 30 minutes during my 2 hour visit. I asked first, but I needed to know if my skin would break out wearing it or not. My return was well over $200 and still ended up spending an extra $200 on top on my exchange. Read moreI wasn't greeted at all when coming into the store. First time that's happened when nobody acted like they noticed me at any buckle location I've been to. I walked in front of two different women working there, and they acted as if I was invisible, smh. Made me want to walk right back out. Manager was no exception! I walked right in front of her leaving & she did the same thing. VERY poor customer service imo! When I worked retail in Kansas City we were taught to always greet the customer upon entering/leaving.. and to check on them. Do better PC Buckle! Tell that staff to get over themselves!...
