Food was inedible and staff was extremely rude. Won't be back. I filled out the contact form only to be called a few moments later by a young man who, ultimately rose his voice to me, was overly hostile, and was extremely argumentative. He threatened to "ban" me from the restaurant because he didn't like the criticism. The food was so bad, my dog wouldn't eat it. He said that he was tired of people lying on his store, effectively calling me a liar. My husband ended the call and a few moments later, the employee said hanging up on him was rude and he told his district person who was not happy. The Ponca City store deleted the facebook post he made on their page. Would not recommend, and there is so much more...

Love their jalepeno poppers. Be sure and get the family poppers. You get twice as many (eight) at a bargain price. And ask for a ranch dressing to go with them. If you are a senior be sure and mention "senior discount" when you place your order and save 10%.

Wish they would put fried shrimp back on their menu. They had fried shrimp on the menu about six months ago for a few months but took them off. When I asked about it, they said it was a corporate decision and it is possible they will put it on again.

This place is horrible at least in ponca city, I walked in to pick up multiple dash orders and had to yell multiple times and knock on the counter to try and get the staffs attention and still after 10 minutes of waiting no staff, eventually once staff showed up they said everything for the orders were ready but still took another 15 minutes to bag them up, I eventually left with only one order as the other order wasnt ready and cancelled, short story is this place and its staff are terrible and would rather smoke and let random people walk in the back than do the job they...
