Harbor Freight — Local services in Ponca City

I have never felt so disrespected or ignored when entering an establishment. I went there looking for some plastic restoration supplies for my job. As I walked in, the lady at the cash register rolled her eyes at me and started gossiping. I didn't even look; I just approached her to ask for help. What else should I do when I don’t know where anything is in a store? Should I wander in circles for hours until I find it?

After that, I tried to find the plastic restorer myself and asked another employee for assistance. When I approached her and asked a question, she responded, “Well, I don’t know. I’m assuming it’s over there on aisle 1.” Did she even check? Her attitude was very rude.

I have never been treated this poorly before, and I will never return to that store again. I will also be filing a complaint with corporate. That behavior was very unprofessional. If you don't like your job, you should consider finding something else—working with the public clearly...

This place pretty much has everything I need tool wise. From mechanical to auto body to machining to carpentry, they have it all. The prices are awesome especially when you can catch a sale on your needed tools. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. This store is super clean. I've been to other Harbor Freight stores in different states and this one is the best I've been to, hands down. We returned an item today only to repurchase it. We bought an item a couple weeks ago and hadn't used it yet. The item was a name brand and was unable to use the 20% off coupon on it. Harbor Freight came out with 20% off coupon with no exceptions, which for this particular item saved me $35. The management and cashier were very pleasant and handled the transaction very quickly and hassle free. This rarely happens anymore and glad to see a store and it's employees show customers courtesy.
