My fiance and I have been regular customers of O'Reilly for many years but over the years the customer service has gone down hill, especially the employee Roody. Every time I call or go in Roody treats me as if he has zero patience with me and is rude to me when I have questions. The most recent and final time I will shop here was just today when I called and politely asked what kind of oil change specials that they had going on, Roody was not only talking to another customer at the same time of taking my call (I understand this I have been in sales for many years, but please put me on hold) he impatiently answered me in between conversation with the other customer stating "of course we have oil change specials they range from 20-30$" I went to say thank you sir I will be coming in for some oil but realized that he was still talking to the other customer and then hung up on me. Basically every time I go there and get this guy he treats me this way and it finally affected me to the point of writing a review. This man has been working there for several years and should be treating his regular customers with respect when they treat him respectfully.    Read moreI bought a marine battery here. A few weeks later, I accidentally fully drained it, so I went back to get it revived. I'd done that at this location before, easy peasy. However this time was much different. I was the only one out of four other customers and two employees who was wearing a mask. When it was my turn, the employee was immediately rude to me, even though he was quite friendly with the gentleman just before me. He told me that they don't usually recharge batteries for customers, which is a lie. After pleading my case it became clear that he was not going to help me, so I walked away. Roody had to give me a 20 minute lecture about how they shouldnât be exchanging my starter because i didnât buy another starter first and then bring the other one back. He was extremely rude. As his name implies. Never gonna bring my service there again. If youâre gonna go to there make sure you go there Sunday-Wednesday when Dave is working.
