Just played Pontiac Elks Country Club Thursday (Sandtrappers)and the course is very nice and in great shape . A lot of dog legs and some water in play . The rough was rough ( getting ready for tournament) the greens rolled nice . Dog legs right and left and room in the fairways if u miss a little of the tee box . It would be great if u can shape shots . Like someone else posted u will use all of your clubs . Pretty level terrain. The clubhouse was nice and the food and servers...

Disappointed this year. Loved the buffet and fireworks last year. The outdoor venue in 95+ degrees this year was brutal. My bratwurst was not cooked...scary!! Changed it for a hot dog. Not worth the $8. Was so disgusted we left before the fireworks. So sad because I wad looking forward to this...

I was here for a fundraiser golf tournament and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the course. The food served (burgers and brats) was good enough but nothing to go out of your way for. I will likely find a reason to play the course again though and recommend you give...
