It appears new owners have taken over and it's not for the better. Service started so bad that the previous people had to come in to help. Part of the problem is a frustrating inability to communicate effectively. Not only is there a very heavy accent in all the new workers that makes it difficult to make out what's being said through the bulletproof glass, but the ability of the new workers to understand what's being said by the customer is also sorely lacking. It is now common to walk in and find a line a dozen people long or better as each customer struggles with the worker to conduct their business. Moreover, I've personally been ripped off twice and witnessed on multiple occasions others arguing with workers about the same thing. I moved to Pontiac about 14 months ago and this store is the only party store within walking distance and even that is half a mile away for me.
