Had a tech of theirs come out to my home, I had errands to run and my fiancé and I agreed to allow Justin to come into our home while we were away to hook up our internet and leave, but instead he decided to eat our food that was left out on the stove and go through our refrigerator and cabinets searching for cups and utensils. He also went into my bathroom in my bedroom which the door was closed, to use the bathroom and left the toilet seat up. My technician today was Azarion Thompson and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to be sent to hook up my service ! He was such a sweet soul it felt like I’ve know him my whole life he was very personable and polite he explained everything to me from the set up process to the hooking up my devices! My technician Azarian Thompson was by far the best technician that I have ever had to come to my home. He was so patient when I didn't understand and did not get frustrated with me asking simple questions. He was very detailed about everything very polite very kind I will recommend him to any family or friends this is a great company great service couldn't help ask for any better service.
