Factory Connection — Local services in Pontotoc

I went in after shopping at the New Albany, MS Factory Connection to return a dress I just bought this morning for a wedding. I tried on a few things and didn’t find anything so I was just gonna get my return and leave while waiting for my refund the lady (Ms. Pamela) pretty much called me a liar and told me that I was trying to use someone else’s card to get money back. I showed her proof that it was my card and the transaction out of my bank account and that still wasn’t enough AND because I wasn’t a “regular” she didn’t trust me.
