I gave them another shot after already being wary since they caused a problem in my car in the past and I’m so livid at the result. My car wouldn’t even come on the next morning, despite being completely fine prior to the oil change and the problem area is relating exactly to the area that they messed with while doing the oil change. Just like last time. Now I have to fork out $$$ to fix what they broke AGAIN. And this time I’m absolutely sure it’s them that caused it, because when I went to other oil places and received an oil change, my car never had a problem and only performed better. Only when I went to this particular dipstix did I end up like this. I’m so upset and feel so dumb for even giving them another chance because of how close the stores location was to me. And I’m sure going back wouldn’t even mean anything bc I did that last time & they acted clueless and didn’t even bother to offer a refund or anything. I’ll never forget this and I’ll tell everyone to stay away from this location because being trusting and paying for that by having to pay for their mistakes TWICE is...

The type of business/ppl at Dipstix is the very reason I try to always shop local. Friendly, convenient & FAIR! I go to them for oil change, brakes etc! Without going into detail Stacy & the boys went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of fairly. Stacy went BEYOND what would’ve been fair! I had a verrrrrry good experience…… it was my very first time to ever get my oil changed at this location. I pulled in there. The guy jumped straight on me changed my oil took care of me just right. I bet I was not in there but maybe 20 minutes at the very most out and in I really appreciate y’all for doing such a good job on my vehicle and checking it out for me...
