CVS — Local services in Pontotoc

The staff in the pharmacy are absolutely insulting‼️ I took my daughter to the Dr yesterday after work and got to the pharmacy 45 minutes prior to them closing just to be told that her prescription had not been faxed over and even if it had that he was about 200 prescriptions in the red and he couldn't get to it until today. My child needed her antibiotics last night not this morning! I told him it wasn't my fault he was in the red and he replied "That's why I'm apologizing." I called the Dr this morning and had them fax that prescription to a different pharmacy because if I had to wait until this morning I wasn't giving them the pleasure of filling it. I hate I had to give them 1 star to do this review because they definitely do...

My kids have only been getting their medicine here since they were born. But today the lady in the drive through window tells me that her name nor birthday isn't in the computer. On told of that they never have my sons medicine that they've told me twice that they would have. And they give out wrong medicine to is twice. My son was supposed to get his solvent inhaler and they gave him an albuterol one instead that he didnt need!! I do not recommend going here anymore because the people in here lately doesn't seem to know...

A half star is all I would give. We got there at 130pm today. They (at least 5 employees) smiled/grimaced at us from behind the pharmacy counter looking All apologetic and said, "Ya'll have to come back at 2pm because we have to go on our lunch break". (There were 3 other people besides us in line at the time). We said , "Really, are you Serious "? They WERE. I mean firstly, who doesn't stagger employee's lunch breaks to provide good service? Secondly, who takes lunch breaks...
