If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Reading the previous reviews shows that Iām not the only one who had a negative experience with the female rep. Firstly, when I walked in, she mumbled āwelcome inā while eyebrow deep in her personal phone. Then I walked aimlessly into the store, watching her likely scrolling on tiktok and having no care in the world of what customer service entails. After a few moments, she sighs and asks how she can help me. I wanted to upgrade my phone and at every turn and with every question she was unprofessional and disinterested. I asked her which phone was best: shrug. Asked about the deals: shrug. Then finally I pick a phone and she goes to the back to get it. When she comes back (without asking me what color I want) I asked l her my color options to which she responded āwell I grabbed the black one..so, blackā. Wide-eyed and taken aback I looked around for Ashton Kutcher because I couldnāt believe it was real life. Once the purchase was made, she had no interest in helping me set up the new phone and told me to do it at home. When I explained I wasnāt very tech savvy and asked if there would be simple instructions, she simply replied ānopeā then handed me my back to go. I nearly busted out in laughter when she had the gull to tell me to rate her service a 10 when I received the review rating within 24 hours. I had so much trouble repairing devices that I ended up on the phone with customer service for over an hour later in the day. Complete nightmare. If you must go to this location, try and avoid...

Every 2 years you have to call to get a new deal because it doubles in price for the internet and its always more than the previous price even with the new "deal".Ā Last year I had to call once again. We finally agreed on a deal. I added mobile which included free ipad. I was paying $43 for internet and $30 for mobile ipad. This was a 2 year agreement plan. After a year, my internet bill went up to $66 plus $31 for mobile ipad. I called to cancel xfinity, including internet and mobile. They ended up charging me $120 to cancel because I still have a year left for the internet. However, they did not honor the price for 2 years. They explained that the mobile was only for a year and therefore it changed the internet price once the year was up. That information was not disclosed when I agreed to terms. I was very specific when signing up that $43 for internet and $30 for mobile ipad will be guaranteed for 2 years and they said "yes". I was on the phone for hours trying to get the cancelation charge dropped but they will not budge. I even told them to look up the recorded call from a year ago where they guaranteed the price for internet for 2 years. The reason I canceled in the first place was because they did not uphold their end of the deal, but I am the one who has to pay $120 for canceling early. I switched to T-mobile for high speed unlimited internet for only $55 and price is guaranteed...

The employee who talked to me was rude and unhelpful, could not give a straight answer to anything and was even unwilling to provide an address for a separate xfinity store that wasn't 3rd party. When I told him about my problem he said I was lied to about my contract with xfinity and that he could sell me a plan with what I wanted but it would be more expensive. when I said I was thinking of changing my ISP he said I should do that. I was told by the other xfinity store in Savannah that this a new store that lacks training since it is third party and they regularly receive complaints. I highly recommend going to the Savannah location for any issues you have and give this one a wide berth until they switch management and overhaul training.
