Bojangles — Restaurant in Virginia

Nice!! Had a great visit 4-14 5pm, the crew all were smiling and all had great personalites, worked well together. Food was fresh and delicious..thank you!..I am new to the Hampton rds area, all the Bojangles in Western North Carolina are top notch. I had gone to one in Ricmond this past fall..it was horrible, I live in Williamsburg(no Bojangles town😪)....thanks for renewing my confidence in the brand...35 min drive...but we will return!!!

Update, we returned this a.m. 6/20/24...0930.. The folks at the front were great, friendly and welcoming, the food however was not great. My 1st biscuit sammie was cold and not what I ordered. Then I watched the biscuit builder take one off the done and wrapped line and slap a cold piece of cheese on it..rewrapped and was given to me..just wrong, place was empty, that needs to be made fresh. The fries were old and stale, guy at front requested new, which were then dumped on old, well half of the fries were old, cold and frankly unedible. Oh, and the amount of egg on the biscuit (both sammies)was paper thin and the biscuit was soggy not fluffy..the biscuit maker failed today..this is not a good representation of the way Bojangles delivers their goods, ya'll gotta do better. ..not sure if we...

I used to come here weekly. Always had more good service and ticket times than bad. But that just changed this afternoon when the drive thru worker "must be new" almost didnt want to sell me a salad because it was gonna take an odd (9 minutes). I said I'd wait. Waited over 15. Went in to ask, and he told me i can keep waiting or eat it undone? I asked for a refund, and another co-worker kindly gave me my refund. RIDICULOUS child like attitude.... Uncalled for. UPDATE 12/01/2018 I handed the drive thru lady CASH first to transact, and then my debit card. She sat there and CLEARLY swiped my card first... I waited and waited for her to tell me what was going on and she didnt, then got another employee to help refund the money I didn't have in the first place, again didn't tell me, finally handed my card back, with NO RECEIPT, I had to ask and check all the transactions she ran with my card. After i asked her why she clearly swiped and not use my cash she stated "I forgot". Now I'm paying an overdraft fee because it's too hard to listen to what a customer asks; and forgets in 3 seconds. Lost a customer...

This bojangles is absolutely the worst. I have been to bojangles throughout NC, TN, and VA and I have never been to a more disgusting place. We just moved here from NC 2 weeks ago and I probably been to this location 6x already first 2x I thought maybe I came on bad days but nope each time has been bad. If I never had bojangles before and this was my first time eating it and stopped at this location I would not ever return. The biscuits are always soo dry chicken dry and barley any meat on it. They have messed up my order each time and something simple as in no gravy on mash potatoes, or wrong drink etc. The staff is soo rude and miserable they rush you on the speaker maybe if they took the time to listen and not rush with absolutely no greeting just what do you want and is that its, it's very rude and rushed they would get the order right. The staff seems so miserable like they hate their lives or their jobs never smile never say hi or have a good day nothing. The staff here needs attitude adjustments and training on how to cook their "award winning best biscuits" because these biscuits...
