We ordered our food online, 8 piece family meal and 8 strips,and paid online. We pulled up and was told they ONLY have thighs in original and 1 breast 3 legs and all wings in Extra Crispy. We asked to accommodate us for the missing breast and was told, "They can't do that!" (as though a breast and wing is equal in portions) we pulled around and was greeted with a rude girl who asked if we had 4 thighs!? We replied no, and she rolled her eyes, sucked her teeth , closed the window, and then walked away. She returned with a bag of food, and we and then asked for our chicken to be made FRESH!! She lied and said, "It is fresh." We then checked this food, and it was obviously old! ( I worked at both KFC and POPEYES before) The strips were hot, but the 8 piece chicken was Luke warm and Dried Out) we then said the chicken is not fresh She closed the window, and then the manager came! Her name was Jade or Jaden. She said the chicken was Fresh and we denied that fact she then proceeded to say " They close there kitchen at 8pm so she was unable to fry fresh chicken) Its 11pm and the store closes at MIDNIGHT but the manager say they close there kitchen (fryers) at 8pm on a Saturday, and yet the chicken fresh!?!?!?!?! So we asked THE MANAGER for a refund and CORPORATE'S number!! The manager said, "we have to go to the app for a refund, and we have to FIND CORPORATE'S NUMBER ONLINE"!!! This is the worst KFC ever. Either they have NO CHICKEN or the STAFF is DISRESPECTFUL/RUDE/LIARS/UNPROFESSIONAL!! This is the 2nd time and LAST time I waste any more money at this establishment!!!!!!! The manager should be fired for lying, NOT providing Corporate's number, not providing solutions to the issues, and for SERVING OLD DRY FOOD that KFC doesn't ADVERTISE!! Read moreI visited the KFC drive-thru on Sunday, December 8th, at 1:30 PM, and it was, without a doubt, one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. It started with the woman taking my order over the intercom. She was beyond rude—rushing me, constantly talking over me, and acting like she didn’t want to be there. Honestly, if she’s that miserable, maybe she should consider taking the day off or finding a new job.
To make matters worse, they were out of nearly everything. A chicken restaurant that can’t keep stock on a Sunday afternoon? Ridiculous. The chicken I finally managed to get was bland and uninspired—barely any flavor at all. For a $20+ order, I at least expected decent food. They didn’t even include ranch sauce, which I specifically asked for. And to top it all off, they didn’t give me a receipt, which felt incredibly unprofessional and frustrating.

The first time was decent, I got what I came for and I left. By the way, I only do drive thru because #COVID. Second time was a bit iffy, they were very nice about letting me know that there was gonna be some replacements with my order and if I was okay with it.
