Hit or miss that this place gives you the right drink you ordered. If it’s busy I can understand that, but it wasn’t in this case.
I order my drink via drive through and the first thing I notice is that my order wasn’t being shown on the screen in front of me. That’s normally what I use to make sure the person took my order correctly. The second thing I noticed was how much of an inconvenience I sounded to the lady taking my order. It sounded like she was texting and driving and had to take orders at the same time. The third thing was I had to repeat my order twice, but before every time I had to, it was complimented with a “whut” from the lady taking my order.
I get my order consistently, so I know about how much it costs. It seems like I was overcharged for my order, even accounting for tax, as it was almost 10 dollars for a grande cup of coffee. I pay and also notice how I wasn’t asked or given a receipt for my order. My drink comes out and it’s what I assume the cold version of my order, which I didn’t ask for and would have been confirmed had I saw it on the screen in the beginning. The lady takes it back and goes back to make the hot version. I get the hot version back and it’s the most low quality watered down coffee I’ve ever drank, not to mention it doesn’t even taste like what I asked for.
I’m not a heavy reviewer and normally don’t review if I had one bad outing (everyone has a bad day), but this is somewhat consistent. The fact that I felt like stopping on the side of the road as soon as I took one sip to write this should tell you all you...
Read moreWent to this Starbucks today like at 3:15 ish and ordered 2 venti caramel Frappuccinos with a double shot of espresso and extra caramel drizzle. Also with 2 morning buns warmed up. Then I asked the cashier witch turned out to be the manager on duty jaden is what I think her name was if I could please reload 22 dollars on to my Starbucks app then use the app to pay. Well this did not happen. She took the 22 dollars off my app which dropped me below my reload amount causing it to reload from my banking account linked to the app. Which was not the card I was going to reload it it was going to be from another bank card. Well when I addressed her about the issue she decided instead of admitting her mistake to blame me. Now I go to Starbucks almost daily my order never changes so I know what I asked her to do. So after her straight up rudeness that my mother saw as well. She said she would refund the money the my Starbucks app and then reload using the right card. Well she refused to give me a receipt. And now I know why. She took the 22 off my moms bank card and took the 22 off my app. So over all we paid 44 bucks for 2 drinks and 2 dessert. And now I'm told the manager Heidi is on vacation and no one else can address this issue. I fully expect to get the 22 back that was over charged and a full refund for the 22 that was debited off my moms card. Also both of our morning...
Read moreWaited 25 min for a Mobil order to only be told they we’r out of 1/2 my order. “WHAT DID I WANT,?,😡” Whatever is comparable... I need to go. I responded. They said NOTHING is comparable. (WHY ARE THEY, THE WORKERS MAD) I said whatever. I’ve waited long enough. I just need to go. They reluctantly made me something at the speed of a snail 🐌 they didn’t care, they were very understaffed and over worked. I Blaim the management. If I wait almost 1/2 after my Mobil order to only be told... We don’t have it. Then please recommend what you do have. TRAIN YOUR STAFF and HAVE ENOUGH STAFF. I’m vary unpleased. They lady in front of me waited 1/2 hr for a shot of espresso and asked me “if this is normal” she was a bit unhappy but trying to be kind. I was at 1st but then it just got absolutely unacceptable. Your customer service was really bad. I’m mad... thankfully my local Starbucks is better and has spoiled me... no big deal if your out of something but obviously I’m doing a Mobil order for a reason... not to wait 25 min for my order after the 10 min I placed it. Basically YOU SUCK. Get it together.
They were under staffed...
