I have never in my entire life lived somewhere so horrible. I left town for 2 months got rid of every item of food I had so it wouldn’t go bad when I got back I did an entire grocery shop and woke up the next morning to ants and cockroaches. When I called palladium to explain how pest control was supposed to show up while I was gone and how I had no bugs when I left and my house had been spotless with no food in it for the months while I was gone. Daniel explained to me they couldn’t afford pest control to come out that month and definitely couldn’t afford for them to come out just to spray my apartment and I had to figure it out in my own. Sadly this wasn’t even the worst situation. I called and spoke to Daniel about adding my boyfriend and his service dog to my lease and he said I’d have to pay a pet deposit and he’d have to talk to his “higher ups” about adding them to the lease the very next day I woke up to christi the main manager inside of my apartment going through my belongings. I had never seen her before so this situation could have ended very badly. She told me she was the manager and giving me a violation for the dog and my boyfriend being there. She also made sure to explain how she lived in this apartment complex right down the hall from me and could come into my apartment at any time she felt like it (which is illegal). Then a couple months later this happened again and when I opened the door and she asked to come in I said no and she told me I do not have a choice and swung my door into my face and walked inside to do yet another “inspection” mind you I have had expensive jewelry of mine go missing over those couple of months and I have never had any guest in my apartment and still haven’t had the jewelry show up anywhere. After talking to a constable and found out this was illegal I sent in email to which she replied denying everything. I got a blink doorbell and never had anymore issues with her showing up or anything else go missing. Don’t worry there’s more! My ac starting going out and reached 78 when I called emergency maintenance that night he told me its not an emergency until it reached 80 and that it wouldn’t matter because he was in San Antonio anyway…..so what’s the point in emergency maintenance if the dude isn’t even in town. He told me he’d be by in the morning to look at it. He never showed up. Not even for the last 3 months I lived there I made several calls and no one showed up for anything. Now I owe $600 to them because I was supposed to give a 60 day notice before ending my lease which they didn’t put a notice on my door about it until 30 days before my lease ended. When I called to discuss this they said I should’ve read my lease. I had read my lease when I first moved in and it never stated that I also had already packed it while moving at that point. And did give a 30 day notice which should’ve been fine I shouldn’t have to pay 600 especially after all the h*ll they put me through...

If I could give no stars I would. There is black mold growing everywhere. And all they do is spray Clorox on it and then paint over it. The manager will gaslight you and be rude to you and tell you the wrong information and when you confront her on it, she doesn’t even apologize for being wrong. The doors are sets of messed up. My front door has about a half inch gap at the bottom letting the hot air in making my electricity run way more than it should. My laundry room door doesn’t stay open unless I open it all the way against the front door. The master bedroom door doesn’t stay open at all unless you put something in front of it. The drawers are always broken and they never really fix them. The breaker trips to the stupidest things. There is a HUGE bug problem. Highly do not recommend living here. Please go...

I spent months trying to get an apartment here and after finally submitting my application I was told that not only was I not approved, that I was falsifying student information. Daniel instructed me to fill out the application a certain way, yet when I asked for my deposit back, they denied me and blamed me for the issues with the application.
