So at first I had a bad experience at ez pawn I had had bought shoes that I did not know were not authentic until the next day I had a employee tell me since they are on clearance that there was nothing they could do,So of course I was upset I call customer service and they were closed so I left a voicemail explaining the situation ,the next day they got in contact with me bright and early morning and the lady was so helpful and understanding and she forwarded the information to the district manger Erik and he was so understanding and helpful and made sure to make everything right,I went back to the store the manager Mrs.T was there she was not there the day before and she was so nice and polite and understanding, She knew where I was coming from so even though I had a bad experience at first they made sure to make it right and made me a happy customer by refunding my money and making sure they correct there mistake.Overall thank you ez pawn for your dedication to taking care of...

They really don't want anything you bring in the pawn they only took one time I brung it it was a george forman grill and they quoted me one price then decided to give me a different price some stuff I brought in to pawn till my next paycheck had never been used and that Vietnamese woman said they don't take that it would sell in a heart beat they don't know what they are doing there and needs to close their door all the are interested in is new shoes and asking twice the amount than they are worth I could go anywhere else get the same shoes half the price and better quality and I have looked at other stuff in there and it's junk and worn-out I have no problem with lone star in Nederland they pawn everything I bring in there they have no problems with my stuff I'm planning on spending some big money in the next few days on stuff and they are the ones I will deal with not...

Lazy and rude. I called looking for a gold coin pendant for my chain and the woman who answered the phone would not even say let me check. I was very specific, gold coin type pendant for men's necklace. After about two minutes of me trying to get her to take a quick look she finally said I'm with a customer right now, and I said thank you buy. I am buying a gold coin pendant cash money when I find one they lost a possible 100% sale to me. What she should have said to me from the start after I asked if they had a specific item would have been, "I would be glad to help you but I am with a customer right now could you please hold and I would be happy to check for you when I am do e with them".
