I sent my husband and son to get some food for me and my son at home. They were coming back home from a fishing trip. This was on Sunday 12.1 around 4:30 pm. He made the order in the drive-thru and it took 4 times for the person to get it right. He made sure the screen said only ketchup on one burger. Then the girl says, do you you want the ultimate meal to also be only ketchup. He said no. After going back and forth, the screen was correct. My son said he forgot to order churros, so when he got up to the window, he said can I add an order of churros. The woman said no, she had already taken another order that was behind him, so he had to go thru the line again. Okay, makes no sense that you can't add it to the order. Then she said he had to pull up front and wait for his order. So he asked, I can't add to my order I have to wait on anyways? He pulls up in front and goes inside, leaving our son in the car to get the food when they brought it out (he is an adult son). My husband stood at the counter for more than 20 minutes before someone acknowledged him. He got the churros, came out to the car expecting the order and it wasn't there yet. They waited another 10 minutes or so and finally a guy is walking around with two bags and drinks. My husband said is that my order. He says no, you were just inside making an order. He said no, I am waiting and I had to order churros because she wouldn't add them in the drive-thru. They finally left, with cold food because the guy was lost. My husband and son didn't check the bag because they were dirty from fishing and didn't want to touch hamburgers of others with nasty hands. Low and behold after all that drama, the burgers were wrong, on top of everything being ice cold. We live literally blocks from the location. So not only was this poor service, it was horrible food. We have given this location chance after chance. You can't call up there and expect anyone to answer. You can roll the tapes. He only ordered churros in the dining room while waiting all that time for food. My son couldn't even eat the food because it needed to be only ketchup due to allergies and can't have the other stuff like mayo and mustard. We can't even do a survey because both purchases we never had a receipt. Never again will you ever see us at this location. You should visit the location on 105 in Beaumont to get some training in customers service. When you take an order, LISTEN to what they are saying. Read moreAlmost every single time I go to this place I have to deal with my order being messed up. I only go back because it's so close to home and i really like the tacos. But just a few minutes ago I was there and ordered an ultimate breakfast sandwhich with no cheese for my wife because she can't have dairy and a some tacos. I also ordered some stuffed jalepenos. It's to the point that i have to make sure that my order is correct every single time i go there because an order as simple as that is wrong literally 90 percent of the time. So i check and lo and behold, cheese on the sandwhich. She confirmed no cheese at the drive through and it showed it on the receipt. So i went inside the store and asked for them to fix it. Which is pretty much almost normal for them now. So they remade the burger, while very vocally complaining about how they cant keep up with the customers even though ive been there for 30 minutes and barely see anyone in the store or at the drive thru. Then i take my food back out to the car. I checked again and noticed that i had no taco sauce, so i went in the store again. none in sight. so i asked if they had any and the young woman i talked to pulled some out of a box behind her and very rudely tossed them onto the counter while i was standing there with my hand open. so i let her know how rude she was and i left. i was so busy dealing with the burger and the rude employee that i didnt realize that they didnt give me the jalepenos that i paid for after i already made it home. so i will not be returning to this store. ive had enough of the terrible customer service and a simple order being messed up almost every single time and then treated like it was my fault. im a paying customer and i expect to get what i paid for. simple as that. these people that work at this particular Jack have no business dealing with the public. It is absolutely ridiculous the lengths you have to go to to get the service that you pay for here. I've wasted too much money and time to ever entertain the idea of buying food here again. If you dont like your job, find a new one, but stop making your customers pay for your attitude and constant mistakes. this place needs some serious training to happen there or it will never get better. Read moreAttempted an order through the app on 10/26 early morning. Delivery was provided by postmates. My experience was the worst experience I have ever had in any food delivery transaction. The unfortunate driver that was employed through postmates attempted to make my experience somewhat better than was initially provided. He sat for 45 minutes while waiting for the restaurant to attempt to try again on my order. Long story short, the employees working at the time obviously did everything they could to intentionally incorrectly create my order. There was items missing and replaced with fries and tacos. The items that were provided were swapped around or missing toppings that were paid for as upgrades. I will never order from this location again, and I will likely avoid Jack n the Box all-together moving forward.. i just moved to the area and already found one place of business that will never have an opportunity to provide service to me in the future.
Worst part is, the phone number provided on here is not accurate and cannot be completed as dialed. It seems as this location likely does not wish to take responsibility for their lack of service. I contacted postmates who attempted to help me out best I could to reach out to this franchise. They had the same inaccurate phone number. They have submitted internal review to re-consider providing their service with this Jack n the Box. I also already filled out a formal complaint online and have yet to hear a word from their management. Thus why I am reaching out publicly on here. Perhaps my review can save a future considering customer from experiencing the same inconsiderate experience that I found myself dealing with less than 24 hours after moving to this area.
