The Burrito Factory — Restaurant in Port Arthur

Always get the veggie burrito and it’s really good but went the other night and it tasted off and not as good. I opened it up and they forgot to put the guacamole on it which is the best part. Called and they were nice and said they would remake but I told them I couldn’t come back that night. I have kids and it was a school night and didn’t have time to drive back up there to get my correct food. She took my name down and said I could come back another day. Went the next day and the guy said the manager (who wasn’t there either time) left them a note they couldn’t remake it another day and I would have to bring back the wrong burrito too. Terrible customer service when they are the ones that messed up and didn’t make the burrito right the first time. I shouldn’t have to drop what I’m doing to to drive back up right then just to get what I originally ordered and paid for. Terrible customer service! Too bad because I went here often because my family likes chick fil a (great customer service always) but I don’t eat chicken so often went here just to get my veggie burrito. Man oh man I’ve been waiting for a place like this around here! Great food! Fresh.. large portions and authentic flavor. I will say it’s a little on the pricey side but in my opinion worth it and not much more than I would spend at any other given restaurant. My only regret is not taking pictures.. but it’s definitely a must try. I had the factory plate on my first visit. The fish taco was outta this world delicious! Great flavors! The green salsa they give you in the little packets is really good too not spicy just great flavor. The shrimp burrito was really really good there was shrimp in every single bite ! It was a lot of food I had l left overs. My second visit I had the carne asada plate again generous portions the beef was really good for me maybe a little over cooked but that’s just my preference still great flavor. One thing I really enjoyed was the corn tortillas… they semi fry them so they have a thin coating of oil but gyyyyaaattt dang! The smell and the flavor… reminds me of home! The Burrito Factory in Port Arthur, TX, is a hidden gem that every burrito lover needs to experience. I ordered the Grande Factory Burrito, and it blew me away. This burrito wasn't just big; it was colossal, easily the size of my arm. It was packed with flavorful ingredients, perfectly balanced in every bite. It's rare that something actually fills me up, but this burrito did the job and then some.

What really impressed me, though, was the speed and quality of the service. I went through the drive-through, and even with such a large order, the staff was quick and efficient.
