Made online reservation called the front desk to confirm about pets and policy I have 3 dogs that weigh 104.lbs combined the woman said it was fine we booked for 3 nights initially but decided to book for an additional week ..mind you we double checked about the dogs @check in they allowed us to check in 06/20/25 we were told we had to check out because we have 3 dogs in the room . My dogs are well behaved as well as trained also on flea prevention the room was not clean there were roaches, spiders, and blood splatter on the wall, You could see where everyone opened and closed the doors, the air vent was covered in dust covered, Infested with roaches killed a spotter bigger than a 50 cent piece I cleaned the entire room with my own cleaning supplies or entire stay. So Today, at check out time I went into the office and told them.I was ready to check out and get my refund for the remaining days of my week that I had reserved for and she said I had to wait till eleven o'clock for her to check the room that I could check out and the money would be on our card in 5-7 Business days I told her that I was Checking out now and I needed her to check the room so that I could get my refund She went on to tell me that we did not Put that we were traveling with pets.When we made our reservation, we called immediately after we got the confirmation number and told the front desk that we had 3 dogs.Two adults and a puppy one e 30 pounds one 45 and 10 Over the phone and in person On our initial checking date , we were permitted to Stay with all three pets When I got my receipt for the refund I was only Refunded a hundred and fifty two dollars which I paid for a week Almost four hundred dollars and was told that I would be refunded the remaining balance . Check out I was Only refunded $152.95 Our initial check out date would have been the 17th, but we extended our stay for a were initially charged $57 a night. So basically, we are being charged almost $3000 for Tuesday, Tuesday and Wednesday to Thursday, so that's basically 2 nights I was told to get off of the property, after being disrespected and called a liar.My room was cleaner than a room would be when you check in And that was even after they forced me to check out for once again.My 3 dogs being in the room.They permitted us to stay in the room for 5 days With my three dogs Only to kick us out for those same three dogs and keep Over...
Read moreI stayed at this owners other property super 8 on memorial Blvd. Port Arthur Texas…from time to time for years. Never had a problem until my last stay on 10/22/22. I had checked in at 11:24pm and after getting to my room to freshen up. A hour or so later I went out to leave to grab a bite to eat. When walking up to my car I noticed a lot of damage to the back door on my drivers side. Someone had hit me and left the scene. Causing me thousands of damage to my 2 yr old vehicle. I went to the front desk informing the representative what had happened. The young lady was kind and showed me the monitor of camera views. I saw the one with clear view of where I was and had been hit. Feeling relieved because the cameras show so clear I knew it had the footage I needed to reveal all I needed to inform my insurance company of to the person responsible for damaging my vehicle. The representative informs me that only the manger/owner has access to play the cameras back. I left my name, number, email, and car description and location I was parked at the time of the incident . I followed up with another representative next day. Still no update. On the night of the next day I got a call from the hotel at about 11pm at night. A front desk rep called to inform me the owner said he didn’t see any footage of the incident. I know that there’s no way it wasn’t caught on camera! The owner refuses to meet with me and let me see the hour time frame of the camera where my car was parked. As a loyal guest I thought the owner would work with me to help out a victim of hit and run that happened in his parking lot at this hotel. But I am now seeing that the owner does not care to help me out. So beware of anything happens to your vehicle during your stay don’t feel comforted by the cameras. Because management does not care to help. I’m sure he treats all the guests with the same lack of respect at any of his properties of all the ones he owns. Expedia talked to the lady at desk if I can do a late check In because of delayed flight and she agreed. When I arrived to beaumont tzx I called that I'd be there in an hour. I spoke with pier. He said he had no one under my name In Which then he said I only reserved it for one day. I told him how is thaT possible. My reservation was from the 15th thru the 18th. I even confirmed with the lady I spoke with there. I always confirm my reservations. He then said well I didn't check in! And u still going g to pay for it!. I'm like wow. You know..I understand that..however It was agreed I'd be checking in late because of my flight delay. We spoke to a lady in ur front desk. Then pier says ..what lady??! There's no lady..what lady???..I. like..really?
