I have bought several body jewlery from the port Arthur and beaumont stores at a high dollar only to have the pieces break or shatter... I went in there today only to have them tell me not much we can do... don't buy body jewlery from them.. if it breaks they won't make good on it... if I could give them a -5 rating I would... I use to love shopping here, but would rather go some place that puts...

I understand the mask mandate.. I went to this particular store to purchase some presents and I have a illness that does not allow me to wear a mask. Now every other store I have went to sense the covid pandemic totally understood. But this store kicked me out even though I was staying away from everyone in the store. Awesome store and items like you would expect. Only complaint is their jewelry. All the body jewelry is painted and not actually colored steel. Even the plain ones. The paint started flaking off after a week or so and also began to irritate my ear pretty badly. It may have been the cause of an infection that I had to deal with for almost a week after...
