Horrible communication, drivers never called when in route, sleep expert (a female) at the store Port Arthur was very rude. Basically customer service means nothing to them. Drivers said they knocked and called. They didn’t. I have dogs and that by itself would have alerted my daughter, which was home to let them in. Nobody called my cell either. Which I was told they called. Said my rescheduled appointment would be Saturday. Now it’s Monday. All I’ve gotten was a text saying that with no time frame. Let’s see if I can get my mattress Monday or not!
Took me two times to get my warranty claim approved. They tried to say that I bought a showroom bed which in fact I didn’t. Second excuse was I didn’t submit pics off all for corners which I did. So that itself was a headache and now this? At least the Store Manager at the Port Arthur location showed some care about all this. He did help out. I told her I would try to get my husband to come in and try them out, since the store stays open n until 8, because he has to put in a lot of hours at work. We returned yesterday evening. We tested the beds again and decided on one. It was on sale, yaay! The same young lady was patient, friendly and professional all the way through. I spent over 1500 dollars in a king size mattress and was told I would get a free adjustable base that Thursday because it wasn’t in stock.
