KFC — Restaurant in Port Huron

So let me get started on our LOVELY experience this evening! WOW! So I decided to order through the app as it’s super convenient and you’d assume that it is helpful towards the employees as they can go through the order and make sure they have everything ready.. or so you’d assume.. my husband went in to pick up our order as the app said it was ready for pickup. He gets home with the order and I’m going through it, Ofcourse two items were missing. We checked the slip which clearly says “packed and double checked” now THAT is utter BS because if they did, this wouldn’t have happened. So I called them to let them know that they forgot two of the items in out order which we HAPPILY PAID FOR before even receiving our food.. the woman who answered the phone didn’t even apologize and hung up on me before I could even get an answer out of her of when the rest of our order would be ready. My husband went back to collect the remainder of our order. He wasn’t apologized to nor were they friendly. This place I will never return...

Went to the south end KFC at 608 24th St. In Port Huron, Michigan. Went thru the drive through. Ordered 3 PC dark meat original meal with an extra biscuit. Bit into chicken, it was dry and rancid to the bone. Smell and taste old. Skin was tough and dark, biscuits were hard and had no taste, mash potatoes and gravy were fair but not fresh. Coke was watery. Wouldn't be making this bad report if the manager if this was the manager. As soon as I she I started to talking she got on the defense and started making excuses about how often they change the food. The reason I called was to remind them they need to change the oil because it was old not to get refunded. I lived to far to return. She then told me no one else was complaining. Ofcourse I threw it in the trash. The chicken was un eatable and left a bitter taste in my mouth. A...

I just received some very old chicken, I am disgusted I ever went to this location after going inside she said I could not get a refund or that it would take another 20 mins of wait time after waiting initially a few extra in the drive thru. Rosie Woodard and the managing staff should be ashamed of themselves for the food they’re giving out right now !!!!! Took 5 mins for someone to even address me at the counter lady was very rude as well. 8 piece chicken wings doesn’t take 20 mins to cook everyone knows that!!! I left the entire meal on the counter with the drink untouched. Waste of $13 I assure you I’ll never come back here again and will tell everyone about the incident, no wonder you have a no refund policy it makes...
