I just voted for the first time in my life. I figured I deserved a treat for doing my civic duty. I went in the first set of doors and a young lady was there who scanned my I.D. and greeted me. I informed her I had never been there before, and asked if there was any first time discount or freebies. She told me there was a 50% discount on first time purchases, then buzzed me through the second set of doors. Upon entering the storeroom itself, I was greeted by another female customer service representative who asked me if I knew what I wanted; and I said it was my first time there, and asked her to show me around to let me know what they have available. She gave me a half tour of one side of the store, and I said I wanted to look closer at some of the flower options available. She showed me a few options and I settled on one that I wanted to try. We went to the checkout station and when it was time to pay, she informed me that I was being denied any new customer discount; because she refuses to give discounts on flowers; and she finished up by telling me that she would "credit" my account for a 20% discount on my next purchase. Too embarrassed to do anything but pay up, I paid the full amount requested and left the store forthwith; informing the greeter as I exited there was no discount or freebies as she stated initially. This bait and switch routine is offensive and unacceptable. I do not recommend this business to anyone looking for a fair...

There are two staff and they are females only 2 that definitely don't need to be working there dont really want to put their names on blast because whats the point stick up for them anyways it used to be customers are alway and usually right 😂 HAHA not no more it aint even goes as far as DISCRIMINATING against me and just rude as hell not only the rude and disrespectful they smick her their lips at you they roll their eyes backwards at you they do all this when no one's around and they also like to lie this is why I will never come back there again it's sad because the rest are great people I spent way too much money there to get treated how I did today horrible P.s.by the Moses roses dispensary people should go there do you have a hell of a lot more than these people ever would in stock and most of all they're not rude and they don't lie on you P.SS NELSON YOU WILL ALWAYS ROCK EXCELLENT BUD TENDER wish it could have been different I could still be going there but I can't because unless them 2 females get lost I can't come in there no more I'll go somewhere else when I'm more...

I went in there as a new customer and I was looking for some marijuana at a reasonable rate. The tender showed me a bag of shake for $35 that was supposed to be premium and boasted 33% THC. This actually look better than the 59.00 Oz that they have that look subpar.

I bought the premium bag of shake from wpl industries. It is the worst shake that I've ever smoked I'm thinking they just loaded it with shade leave rather than actual sucker leaves. I was beyond disappointed.

Today I went in and explained I bought the bag two days ago and it was the worst marijuana that I have ever purchased and that I was really unsatisfied with the 35.00 oz of shake that I was sold and told that it was premium.

The budtenders that I spoke with were totally indifferent did not offer an explanation or an apology or any way to make it right. In fact they told me to give them a good review and they will give me a free pre-roll.

That only adds injury to insult. Why would I want a pre-roll of weed that's probably worse than their premium shake. I don't think I'll be returning...
