Tried to call multiple times, no answer. Went on the website, they had a very poor selection to choose from with very little explanation under the choices. Drove to the store to give them the benefit of the doubt, terrible service at the counter. She was very rude and showed no care when discussing what I wanted. Tried to show a photo of the general idea, she said that isn't what they have and if I liked that one so much I should go to the place I found it. She explained to me that they are so busy they needed to take their phones off the hook so they could complete the orders that were already placed. I still ordered a dozen roses since I was there and the selection was basically nothing. We chose a pick up time 4 hours after to give them time to throw them in a vase, got to the store. Strange attempt at ordering funeral arrangement flowers.

For anyone living locally, I am sure this review will be an outlier and you will likely have a decent experience. For me, I do not live in state, so I thought ordering an arrangement via phone would be a great idea. My mother went ahead and gave them a call and she was accused of being a competitor after just a minute on the phone. I took over to find out what the problem was, he explained his reservations but we moved past it. I gave my payment information and address and this gentleman still interrogated me. Apparently he looked up my address on google and made an incorrect remark about my backyard to try and catch me in a lie. The whole experience was surreal. I got married November 9th and my flowers were everything I could have dreamed for! Karen was so patient with me as I was constantly adding changes to my flowers such as how much or what color flowers to have or the style. She assured me that I was ok to make the changes and never complained once. It meant the world to me as I wanted everything to be perfect for my wedding. Well the day of my wedding came and the flowers did not disappoint!! I loved my bouquet and they went above and beyond for the submerged flower centerpieces for the reception!
