COMPLETE ATHLETE — Local services in Port Neches

I guess my order was too small and wasn’t a priority to Complete Athlete in Port Neches. I had dropped off a pair of gym shorts and asked for them to customize them and one of their P.E. shirts for my student. Unfortunately my order was never completed. Complete Athlete didn’t have the courtesy to call and update me on the status of my order. On day five I had reached out to them to check on my order and was told to check back on Friday. I walked in to the store on this past Friday hoping to collect my order. To my surprise my order was still waiting to be completed. I asked them to go ahead and give me my unfinished order because it had been in their possession for 7 days and I couldn’t wait any longer. My order could not be found. After about 5 minutes or so of them looking around for my order, a woman came from the back of the store with it in a bag. There were two rooms I had noticed Complete Athlete had for production that other similar orders were coming out of for customers. It shocked me that my order was thrown in a back room and apparently was left there for a week. The only explanation they gave me was that they were still waiting for vinyl to come in. I felt as if I was not a priority to them. It may not matter to them but we were so looking forward to seeing the completed order and couldn’t wait for our student to have what was needed for gym class. I left Complete Athlete feeling frustrated, disappointed, dissatisfied...

My son and I went in the store and we were never acknowledged. There was a man and a woman working in the store, the man pass by my son and I never acknowledged us. He didn't ask could he help us or what was my name. He just Went to the back came back with a package asked me to sign a paper, I asked him what paper? He asked if I was coach . (I guess because the order was for Memorial High School he assumed I was that person) I said no I am Melissa Dixon. I'm here to pick up a hoodie for my son and we are from. He just turned around went to the back spoke to a lady and then came out and told me someone had already picked up the entire from____. And that was it. Now I regret patronizing their business!!!! Clearly they do not like my kind of people!!! It's 2023 and still get treated with disrespect!!! It's sad and that's why the world is like it is today!!! Still...

This place is a joke....Payed and ordered a custom PNG SHIRT, told it would take a week, go to get it on Friday the 30th at noon and was told a big order came in for band people and mine would be ready Wednesday the 7th..........Guess if you know the right people and spend enough money you get to jump to the front of the line, I'll go see if their competitors treat me fairly before ever going back to this place......SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLES AND...
