Pizza Inn — Restaurant in Port Neches

Pizza was hot, fresh, and filling just like my childhood when it was on 11th street in Beaumont! The customer service was BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL! With the wait, these guys STILL managed to serve great food and friendly service. I'm excited about that! The price now and as long as THAT crew is working, we will be regulars! UPDATE: to no surprise since we've not seen the original crew that works there ... so we were notified that they would no longer be accepting online coupons. Perhaps that is also the reason that they stated original crust cost extra.. I guess they no longer want our business. I left one star because I thought it was very professional of Josh to even accept the coupons in the beginning anyway, seeing as though they did not take online orders. When we picked up our order and show the coupon, they allowed us to get one purchase of pizza at the sale price. However, we had to pay full price for the second pizza of which we did. It was saying to me though that since we had to pay full price we should have been able to get original crust but no harm no foul. It's nothing fancy but that's exactly what we like. Good food at a great price. We had the pizza, pasta, salad & dessert buffet. Salad area has everything you could want. Pizza was always hot & fresh. As soon as a few pieces were gone off of a pan, they were rotating in new. The spaghetti noodles would have been better hot, not soaking in luke warm water. The spaghetti sauce was flavorful. I didn't care for the Alfredo/spiral pasta dish. It was watery & lacked flavor. I loved the calzone type ham & cheese! Dessert was yummy. Picked up two pizzas. One made incorrectly. Called and the man was not helpful. Proceeded to make sure I knew he didn’t personally make our pizza. Asked about the error. Put on hold he comes back on and says what do I want to remedy situation. We were going to just leave our name and get it later but asked if he would deliver it to us. Said it would be a while because his drivers were busy. We said no worries just get it to us when you can. I ended up just picking off all of the things I didn’t like on the other pizza as I was starving. Then we get a call back about 15 minutes later saying they want that pizza back. Just never mind.
