I went in with some pain from injuries I haven’t got treated yet. I was feeling sore in my knee and in my shoulder. The owner Jose did some localized treatment and only charged me for one even though we hit my shoulder and knee. He even gave me the opportunity to try out the full body machine for free but I wasn’t mentally prepared for how cold it got and opted out a few seconds in. Regardless, Jose was super helpful and the localized treatment I received helped a lot of the soreness I had been feeling come down. I can see this process being super helpful for athletes who are consistently training and need a quick recovery. I absolutely LOVED this place! Every single person is just so incredibly friendly, and knowledgeable! I am “that” person that is ALWAYS freezing, so I was a bit worried about doing the whole body Cryo. They talked me through the session and kept me going! 😁.
