Jet's Pizza — Local services in Port Orange

This was my first time ordering Jet’s. I have heard such great things, decided why not? I placed an online order at 17:48 — nothing special just the 8 corner 1/2 pep 1/2 pineapple with turbo crust. Order was delivered to my home by 18:30. Tipped the driver and went inside to find it was not what I had ordered. I ran back out and the driver was still in my driveway— he said he’d have to “call his manager for an answer”. I said sure. I even offered for him to take the pizza back with him to the store, but he didn’t. The Manager called me— was on the phone for a good 10 mins and he went on about how my order was similar to someone else’s and used the word “um” about a million times. Then he asked me “well can you eat that pizza”???….NO! It’s not what I ordered. And for $33 + tip— I want what I ordered. They delivered a pineapple ham and sausage and I don’t do sausage. I’m sorry— the first words out of his mouth should have been, “I apologize that the wrong pizza was delivered— we will remake yours and have it delivered as soon as possible. We appreciate your business”. So about 2hrs after I placed my original order— the same driver comes back and with the correct pizza this time, and as I was walking back into my house— he goes, “my manager asked for the pizza back”….I said ok? My husband and I weren’t going to eat it, but what are they going to do with it? I have never been talked to or treated like this in my entire life. No, the customer isn’t always right— but being asked if i’ll eat the wrong pizza so they didn’t have to remake it, and then 2 hrs after the wrong pizza was delivered— they asked for the wrong pizza to be returned back to them. Overall— pizza was not worth the $33+tip and neither was the time waiting for it. We will not be ordering again.

Edit Review: The next day the manager called me— Max— and he apologized for the bad experience overall. I appreciate the willingness of doing so and have changed my review and added on for service. It is a newer store and many are still being trained. As a nurse, I understand daily frustrations of training and learning how to speak to others appropriately. They have given us a credit for another pizza and we are looking forward to retrying this...

Delivery person was amazing! Twice now, same guy and same great, positive attitude and service…BUT WAIT FOR IT…then we get to the food. Only the second time and it was still subpar, I’d like to chalk it up to a bad night, maybe understaffed or maybe the wrong staff. I always like to try a place twice before writing anything, whether it was good or whether it was an opportunity missed…Well, unfortunately, this was a miss. Again, the three stars was for the delivery guy The least of the problems was the cut.( and yes, I tried the squares on my first visit) I can live with the idea that cutting a round pie may present a challenge for some, but it was only a 6 slice NY (not even close to a NY pie), it’s truly just three simple cuts. Text, the sauce was much too sweet and horribly undercooked; sweet and bitter. The low quality pepperoni was puddled heavily with grease and the cheese, didn’t seem like the “off the block” whole milk, high end cheese, all pizza deserves. The pie was so soggy, there was nothing I could do to rescue it. (Btw I only had pepperoni on one side and black olives on the other, so there was no veggies to even slightly make it this soggy). I soaked up the grease as best as I could, used parchment and baked right on oven rack on high heat, and still, it was like when you watch the hot dog eating contests and they soak the bun in water to make it go down easier(not an ideal texture for 🍕) Keep trying, hope you make it, we need you in the...

Our reviews had over 56 million views in the last 12 months. We do not get paid we just love to eat and have fun. We really loved Jets Pizza. I love square pizza she loves round. We both loved Jets, but the square is now my #1 pizza in the world. It is the pizza that made this chain famous and it is fantastic. Soft as a cloud and a unique crust that is almost not there. I had BOLD peperoni and jalapenos on mine and it was fantastic. She had cheese round and loved it but ordered it "extra crispy" the 2nd time we went and it was better. They offer lots of crusts, she had NY style and really liked it. We met the franchisee and he was very nice, explained how it all worked, how much training they got and how the national office maintains a close watch on quality control. This is why Jets is so popular everywhere they open. Really good pizza especially the square. Check out all of our reviews and look at all the photos below.
