Buyer's Beware. After a two year search for a home in Florida we met plenty of Florida Real estate agents. Every agent we met over that time period was a credit to his/her profession. The only exception to that statement would be the agent from Gaff's Realty. They were shady, unethical, and downright abusive when "called out" on their behavior. When the agents behavior was reported to the owner it was obvious the owner most likely trained the shady agent. I would avoid any real property deals that involve Gaff's on the Buyer or Seller side.
