I went and took a ring that my oldest sister gave to me on her death bead, we thought she had intestinal cancer, and the thing had two diamonds missing and I wanted all the tips reinforced. I got my ring back and I couldn't believe what I saw. They messed up pitched two of my tips together than put the one of the diamonds on the side. Did not tell me about that. They charged me $200. I took it back to them and they told me don't worry we will fix it and make it look brand new...well that was a joke. I got it back the second time and I cryed, the side of the ring that he was to work was just rewound beyond repair and one of the diamonds fell out the same day I got it back. And at that point I just got my money back. They looked at my ring like a cheap peace of crap. And the irony of it all is the ring came from them. I will never take anything back to them ever. I wouldn't have even have them one star if they just let me comment...
Read moreDo not bring your jewelry here for repair. Brought it in March 2024, was quoted a few weeks to reset stones (plural 'stones). Called several times and each time they said it's not ready. Fast forward to mid July 2024, went into the store in person to check on status and they had it "ready" .... I use air quotes because the work was not completed. A stone is MISSING. Yet charged me full price for the half completed "repair". I guess their definition of repair is, hold onto the piece for months past the quoted time, ignore and forget the customer, charge full prices for junk service, lose a stone and hand the ring back missing a stone. Just like a smile missing a tooth! Forget this place unless you like getting ripped...

THIEF'S my wife's chain was 20 inch's...
