Quiznos — Restaurant in Port Orchard

If I could put zero stars I would. I never write reviews but this is one to definitely share. I have never been treated with such disrespect from a business before. I had made an online order on there website… for me and all my co-workers. Over $50 worth of food! Money was taken out of my bank account right away. I called the store immediately to confirm the order that I placed. ( which I do all the time just to be safe) whoever answered the phone was extremely rude and disrespectful. He told me that they never received an online order, asked me several times what the name on the order was, which I gave. Told me “nope no online order I’m busy call back later” I work about 5 minutes away so I drove there. When I walked in he was on a personal phone call with nobody in the shop. (Clearly was busy with personal time and not work time) he began to argue with me after showing him the order I placed which matched the store and everything. Told me he called somebody about this issue and they told him to have me come back Monday to get it resolved. Today was Saturday the 26th! I told him I will not be leaving without the food I paid for or the money refunded… he will do neither took my number down and said someone will call me Monday!! This place is a joke! I will never order from here again. They’re disgusting and super...

Hey store owner...you need two workers in that store at lunch time you know your busy.

As a DoorDash driver I came in to pick up an order at 12:30 pm and one lady was checking out and I was next to be help..the employee saw my phone order..and I thought he was going to start making the order...so I sat down. 3 guys came up to order line and employee asks customer what would they like.

I stood up and ask hey are you making my order and the employee said ya I am working with an attitude and I said you need help and he said he called someone in in to help.

I been waiting 20 mins for an doordash order and 2 other doordashers came in..I had to unassign order and the other doordash driver left also.

This store will get declined on every order...

My wife and I came into your store on a Saturday night to grab some dinner and instead of just getting dinner we made a friend too. Your employee Jonathan (Jon) was beyond polite and courteous to my wife and I and he makes a mean sandwich. Haha!

He was very clean in making our sandwich with fresh gloves and a clean knife. When we told him we were splitting it he made sure to wrap them up separately for us too :-)

We also ordered the chicken noodle soup and broccoli cheddar soup which Jon had recommended and both were AMAZING! I couldn't be happier with the service we received and Jon is a serious asset to your business. He brought a smile to our evening and we will be back...
