Edited review: The drinks are consistent in flavor once more. The team of baristas are really kind. Wait times are roughly between 3 to 8 minutes depending on the lines. I can't wait for the summer drinks again. Thank you to the folks that stuck through it, you're doing amazing!

My old review: I have gone here since it opened. And in the last 6 months it's has gone downhill in the service and the drinks. I miss the group of baristas that seemed to all leave at the same time. Most baristas currently are pleasant enough but they take longer now, they don't know their drinks and have to ask you how to make it, they each make the drinks differently and that's even if they make you the right drink. I don't know how many mystery drinks I have had from there or how many drinks were barely even warm but I stopped going here for a about 4 months. I recently went back to give it a try again but it did not make much progress. I can't attest to anything other than their coffee and teas, but it's been lack luster since the shift of employees all leaving at once, and it's really reflecting in their drinks consistency in flavor...

They have eggnog now. This place is my go to for coffee. Prices are adorable, coffee is amazing (ask for drinkable temp on your way to work if you can't sip at your desk, they would make mine hot enough to still be warm, but I was a cashier and needed to guzzle on my way) the syrup flavor options are hands down superior to any coffee shop I've been to, large chain or small local. The double window is awesome, unless like me you want to state at the menu and absentmindedly don't pay attention and block the whole area. The doughnut holes are yummy too. This place was solid, since I’ve been back there are new faces and mostly friendly, there is one new face that isn’t. I’ve spent a lot of money here and have never had a negative experience until today. I would sometimes go here twice a day because the coffee is good and usually the service is S tier and I feel welcome. Today it wasn’t and I didn’t feel welcome, and to avoid the risk of dealing with it moving forward I will be taking my business elsewhere....
