After being held hostage by Outlook and its refusal to send out my email for a week, no matter what I tried, I called A-M-S-Computers. I had found them by searching on the Trinity Chat Facebook group. I called in hoping to make an appointment to get help and Andy was able to connect remotely to my computer right then and work on the issue. He was patient and very professional through the multiple different fixes that didn't work. He eventually figured out the my firewall was blocking the sending functionality (although not receiving, which seems that it would be more risky) and helped me to fix it. He answered a multitude of questions that I had been wondering about over time, but never thought of when I had an expert handy. I will have AMS on speed dial for the next time I run into problems. I shouldn't have waited so long to get the help I needed. I always think I can do it myself and end up wasting a ton of time, but...
   Read moreI brought in a gaming PC to just get 2 drives removed so I could send them out for re-imaging to the company that built it.. without looking at it I was quoted 65$ to extract them and another 65$ to reinstall when I got them back for a total of 130$.. knowing this quote was insane I politely declined and went down the road to a competitor that immediately pulled off the shell removed both drives without tools and handed them to me in about a minute, then showed me how to put them back myself without charging saying it was nothing .    Read moreWe took our HP desktop to AMS for a diagnosis checkup which they advertise as Free. AMS charged us $42 and appears they did nothing! They did not even clean the inside of the computer, still full of dust and dirty!
After we picked up our computer and took it home we did not see any difference, the same problems were still there, so we took it to another PC repair store and they did a free diagnosis and within 1 hour they called to tell us the hard drive was failing.
This is something that any computer repair tech could diagnosis easily we were told. AMS lied to us, took our money did nothing to our pc and refused to refund or work with us.
Terrible attitude from Adam the owner, bad experience altogether, we will never go back or refer...
