The new owner here has recently decided that he will no longer honor the contract that is printed on the back of their receipt. It says that if you go to TellCharleys.com and fill out the survey form, that you will receive a free medium drink. The new owner claimed on 2/13/25 that he will only honor this "coupon" one time. The wording on the back of the receipt does not limit the number of times the offer can be redeemed. The old owner here and all the other locations allow for a free drink on each visit with this coupon. I used to come here once a week or more, but I respectfully told the new owner if he was going to ignore the contract printed on the back of his own receipts, that I would not be eating here anymore. He was worried about losing money from accepting this coupon that his store issued and is still issuing - now he will be losing my business.
Firehouse Subs is a local example of the same exact "do a survey and get a free medium drink". Go eat there, and listen to the cashiers ask you to fill out the survey and get a free medium drink on your next visit. Good luck.

First I ordered for pick up, the website said to stay in my car and would bring it out (it even asks what kind of car and color) . So, I'm waiting and nobody comes, then we see an employee having a smoke and asked her to check with a little leg pulling she did. Total attitude problem, now she brings it out and proceeds to tell me I'm supposed to go inside to pick up the food again attitude. Now I get it totally Cold, asked her to bring me one hot cheese steak attitude again. Now I go to eat it and it's not on bread who eats cheese steak not on a bun? The other order was boneless wings, these are the worst we've ever had it was supposed to be blue cheese we got I think ranch. Now to conclude the place is over priced and poor service and terrible food, oh and the manager came out with the hot steak and was obnoxious... The only good thing was the lemonade and fries. Do yourself a favor and stay away! I should have stayed on line at McDonald's, what a waste of money... And the manager needs to be retrained, no customer...

Finally, corporate said they contacted Charlie's in Port Richey, Florida and that Charlie's in Port Richey Florida would contact me to resolve my complaint. It's been over 2 months now and no one contacted me. Liar liar pants on fire! One of the many establishments they could care less about disaster victims.
Publix and Scotty's pizzeria in Port Richey, Florida cheesesteaks are 10 times better than Charlie's. So I guess it was a blessing in disguise that liar liar pants on fire didn't respond. I found better places. The day hurricane Milton left Florida it was the only place open near me. I didn't have a problem with this place a few months ago. Today they didn't put tomatoes on my Philly. The line was too long to go back to the counter so I accepted that my Philly wasn't a Philly. I'm from Pa so I say a Philly isn't a Philly if it's not done to perfection. I really can't see myself...
