How anyone can have a company that behaves the way they do and have any customers is beyond me. Total joke. I called on Friday morning June 16 and was told they could come out and start service that day or on Saturday. Latest was Monday if weather was poor. By Wednesday I was concerned and called. The guy said that he just forgot about me and was sorry. I was annoyed but things happen and so I asked when he could come. He said he could come out on Friday so I said ok. When he was confirming he said they will be out Friday the 7th. I’m like the 7th? Today is June 21. Do you mean July 7 because I don’t want to wait that long. He said he was looking at the wrong calendar and thought Friday was the 7th. and wouldn’t be able to come out for a long time. Dude can’t even get his days straight and forgets about appointments. Dan Flowers the owner of this company seemed to be a real nice guy. We moved to New Port Richey in 2020 and started using Dan’s service because he was a Golden Acres Resident. He serviced our house inside & out and was a very nice guy ! We even started to begin a personal friendship (so I thought) along with the other members of my family who got to know Dan. Then I started a Handyman business and was asking him about advertising he told me he gets into neighborhood Facebook groups and says he lives in the neighborhood to get customers in neighborhoods where he wants to work. I questioned that but it went one ear out the other. So now UNFORTUNATELY we had to moved again so I thought I would give Dan and the other service company’s we used the heads up prior to listing the house. Well the pool guy, the lawn maintenance co., & maid service are ALL working for the new owner ! BUT DAN GHOSTED US ‼️ never herd from him again and I just don’t get it. Very POOR way to run a business and it makes him NOT MUCH OF A MAN...

We hired A+ Lawn and Pest Control for termite prevention after getting estimates from four other companies. Dan Flowers had the most reasonable quote. I did call roughly eight companies but only four of them provided the services we were looking to have done. It was quick and easy to schedule him to come out to our house. Dan trenched and applied liquid around out house and carport, none of our wires to our house were damaged. His brother places bait stations around for added protection. This was at our request. Both of them were prompt for my appointment, friendly, and professional. After they were done Dan explained future visits to check the bait stations for activity in three months. I received a text with a scheduled appointment three months later. He did find activity in one station and treated that area. Dan will do one more follow up in a month.
