Bravo Supermarkets — Local services in Port Saint Lucie

I just moved here and been to this store 2 times! I have never felt so unwelcomed in another store. Both times, I went there to get something specific which they were advertising on their flyer. As I am new here, I am discovering the stores around and I follow flyers to get different things and fill up my pantry. So when I went there, the price scanned higher, so I asked the cashier that I thought it was lower and showed it to her on my phone. She called the manager over. The manager, who came over with a frustrated expression, looked at my phone and then yanked it out of my hand to see it better without even asking for permission!! Then changed the price and walked away with the same sulky face! Then the next time, one item I was looking for was not even there but advertised on their flyer. I asked the product guys; one of them did not speak English at all. The other guy said he never saw that item in the store, that they didn't sell it. Anyway, not a big deal. The other item, again, scanned higher price! So again, I showed what they were advertising, the cashier called the manager again, same angry-faced lady!! She looked at my phone again and she mumbled something under her breath and walked away, which sounded like she was cursing!! She angrily flipped thru their "own" copy of the flyer, as if I made the online version myself and just went there to scam them a couple of bucks!!! So she came back and hit the keyboard with fierce and then quickly turned around and walked away!!! Forget getting an apology for their error, I felt like I was the one in the wrong and I'm pretty sure she cursed at me!!! Felt horrible!! Never EVER going back to that store!! The manager has some serious issues that she should deal with before "managing" people in retail where your job is to "serve...

If you don’t speak Spanish or have someone the does with you, don’t go to the deli. They will rob you blind. When I asked for the shredded beef and rice, she switch from the small container to the meal container and told me $12+. I told her I did NOT want to pay $12 for all that food. So opted to get just the shredded beef only in the smaller container, even though I did want some rice, I decided I would wait until later. My friend paid for the food and dropped me at home. I open my bag and my food had a sticker price of $12.45. Ma’am, you clearly heard me say I didn’t want to pay that much, so give me the smaller one. A good business would have corrected the situation. When I talk to the manager Cherry, he told me it was my problem 😯. This let me know that my money was not needed there every other weekend. Point taken.

It’s amazing how their english is okay when you telling them what you want and as long as there isn’t a problem, but as soon as there is a problem, “I don’t speak English “. Where was that when I was placing my order, so I could have gotten all my food for that price.

And yes, my friend and I had words to because he pays for stuff in a trusting manner. He said he thought it was high, but if that was what I wanted, then okay. Cherry no longer wants my business, his wish is my command.

I don’t not recommend the entire store. It’s a great place to grocery shop. Clean and people nice until they mess something up unfortunately. I will just not be returning...

So I just built my house in Port saint Lucie. But still traveling back and forth from N.Y still working @ my job of 25 years with HEAD START. On Christmas day I had to run to Bravo for 2 items as I entered the store. I felt a bang in my face. And everyone scream out. Including curse 🤬 words. Because the door close on me as I entered. I was so frightening because at 1st I didn't know what happens. Well my daughter then approach me after parking and ask what happens because I was bleeding from my face. Long story short the manager treated me like a dog. 1 worker said I should watch the door. 1 gave me 2 band aid and say the bathroom in the back. Ask for a accident incident report did not get 1. Was given a pice of paper to write ✍️ what happens and my driver's license they copy. BUT UNTIL this day not 1 phone call to see how I am doing as the manager on duty say hurry up with your write its Christmas day I have to go home. I check the camera and it's no big deal while being NASTY to me the whole time. Now the supermarket I gave 5 🌟 it have everything 1 needs especially Caribbean items. BUT THE STAFF NEED TRANING IN...
