I went to the Burger King Restaurant today 8/2/24 at the corner of PSL Blvd & Gatlin where the manager was dishonest. I paid for a large hash brown and her staff gave me a small. When I tried calling them with the phone number from the web because they never gave me my receipt the audio said try calling again as if it’s not a working number. After three (3) tries I went back up there through the drive throu since that’s what I used the first time. The manager who handed me my food the first time was at the window handing me my large hash brown and I don’t know how you can cook fresh hash browns which is what I told the lady because the small should have went into the trash can instead of my bag. I taste the supposed to be fresh large hash brown and the were not fresh and they tasted terrible so I handed it back to them and she yelled telling her staff to dropped fresh hash brown but only a little bit. After she said that she walked over to the hash brown area and put it in the bag and brought it to me I looked in the bag an it was a medium hash brown and I told her it supposed to be a large and fresh then she took the bag back and came back with a large this time but it was not fresh. If I had not had my sleeping clothes on I would have went inside and had them to make me a fresh batch and when I asked her for a drink she told me that I would have to pay for it after the bad service they gave me and didn’t care to give me what I paid for. They have made mistakes with my orders in the past but they always rectified it by making it fresh and correctly. Today the manager on down said you can either take this cold food home and heat it up or get your money back. This Burger King is going down and getting worse with the way they treat there customers. Read moreFood is always good but what a horrible experience yesterday. I went thru the drive thru about 930. It was not busy. I was asked by the usual unhappy employees working the drive thru to pull around they were waiting of fries. Ok no problem, I pulled around. The manager comes out and hands me the wrong order. I said no, that's not what I ordered. After debating for a minute I found my receipt to show him. He said ohhh they gave the wrong order, hang on and he goes back in. Wait another 5 minutes since they had to make my order again and here he comes out hands me the bag and practically dashed inside. Now my onion rings were missing. I thought is this a joke? So now I had to park bring my bags back in, asked for the manager who was actually the one that brought my food and and he scanned my receipt like it was an IRS document looking to see if I actually paid for onion rings which I did. I literally spent 20 minutes at this location trying to get the correct order. Just a sidenote for whoever is in charge of this store, why do all the employee here have an Attitude? Read moreOn January 4th, 2023, I went to Burger King on Port Saint Lucie BLVD. 2880 SW Port Saint Lucie BLVD as I do most mornings. On this particular morning, I ordered my food and made it home. As I was ALREADY halfway through my hashbrowns, to my surprise, as I am lifting the next hashbrown to eat it, I FIND A DEAD ROACH. Now, I am not one to complain and try to give the benefit of the doubt to everyone, but THIS was too far for me. I gave the burger king a call and left a message as no one answered. I have not heard anything back yet and today is January 11. You would think they would check their voicemails. I was deeply unsatisfied and utterly disgusted. i have not been back since then. I have waited for a call back, and nothing yet either. This place needs to be cleaned, USE NEW OIL and resolve the roach issue.
