Do not go to this place! I took my car for an oil change July 14, 2024...everything seemed fine when they finished..(I've been going to this place for awhile in the the past with no problems).. Went to work ( in Racine) the next day the 15th , on the way back home I heard a slight noise outside my car thinking it might be a low tire (air)...when suddenly I heard a pop and a rattle so I had to quickly get off the express way and pull over...once I did I got off my car and to my amazement no tires had blown out but, I saw smoke come out from underneath the hood so I opened it and it smelled like oil smoke was coming out from the oil pan..I tried starting it and heard a rattle and clang in the engine meaning that a rod had broken ...engine was done...looked underneath the engine and the was a small pool of oil...had to call a tow truck to take it to a auto shop..they said either the bolt from the oil pan was not secured or it was tightened to hard breaking the seal thus leaking my oil while driving not knowing it and drained my oil from the engine and breaking my rod! I talked to Carter (the person who changed my oil) Adam the manager and Dustin and seemed not to care about this! Dustin went to inspect my car and said they did nothing wrong saying my car was old and bound to happen...the mechanic there try to tell him what he thought happened but Dustin wouldn't listen! It's gonna cost me $3000.00 to fix it! I told Dustin he'll be hearing from my lawyer! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE THEY ARE BAD!!! ! To the owner who commented my review......my vehicle was not a failed..."a failed vehicle "...as you stated or a "prior notice " was given...all i know is that my car ran good and had no problems until I changed my oil there.....you sir , are going to hear from my lawyer....you will pay for the damage your company caused ony vehicle. I will make it my mission to spread the word about how bad this place is....you haven't heard the last...

I thought I’d try this place again after the name change a few years ago. It’s still terrible. It was fast though, so that was nice. But I had to go through and clean up all the oil they left behind and reseat my air filter housing. At that point, I’m 2 steps into the 5 steps it takes to change my own oil. And it wouldn’t cost me 92$. Which I’m happy pay if I get anything more than a sloppy oil change. The bay next to me got a windshield wash, tire pressure check, light check… all I got was filter sales. Nah. Not any better than it was, in fact, its a lot worse.

I have zero confidence the oil change was done properly. And I don’t look forward to the 10 days burning off oil smell…

No one needs to email anyone. This, and when I drove in, is my contact. And they blew it. Going here and experiencing what I did, is dangerous and terrible for the engine. What if I just left it and drove for another 5K miles, like 99% of people would do? Cmon.

Update: against my better judgement, I did actually email them. Included date, time, plate number… SHOCKER, still nothing two weeks later. Don’t waste your time. Though again, don’t really blame them for not replying. What can they even say? “Yep, sorry, we hire people that don’t care at all”. Great, thanks.

went to Oil Changers in Port Washington after 3 other places to get help and advice because of an issue I was having that day with my car. The other place gave me horrifying news and now it is clear they had no idea about my issue nor did they try to help me in the way I really needed it. By the time I got to Oil Changers I had wrong information about my car (they thought the oil I put in it was transmission fluid and even that it would be ok to drive it if that was the case. It wasn't... it was actually the correct oil. Oil Changers were my hero's. The manager Austin was awesome... he was very thorough in explaining things to me and taking care of my car. The whole team there went above and beyond to help me and I felt like I left there super relieved and with a great running car. So, also a shout out to Rob, Cody, Poetry and Login. Thank you all again for your help and your willingness to not just do your job but to do more than what was expected. I appreciate you and you made what could have been a bad situation into a very...
