Dollar General — Local services in Port Washington

First, Jeremy is a hard worker and a kind guy who deserves a raise. I don’t know what you are paying him, but I know it’s not enough to work that hard and be an amazing face for the company. If you want your company to succeed, people like him need to be promoted.

Second, although I have had some word issues with the self check out system printing me off 20 receipts at once, the store has everything that Walmart has without the bad Walmart experience lol.

Room for improvement: I would like to have the store open a little later since your audience is a type of people who want to make a real quick run to grab some last minute ingredients for something they are baking at 10 pm....

This store deserves nothing short of 10 stars. It was the cleanest Dollar General store my fiance and I ever stepped foot in, and we've stepped inside many over the years. It was fully stocked on every shelf and neatly organized. I felt like I was in a movie 🎬 because it appeared too good to be true. The customer service assistant Manager, Jeremy was very pleasant as well. He definitely deserves a fair paying raise, or promotion, since he was the only one working there that night, stocking all the shelves, and checking us out. The girls in there work their butts off. They have top quality customer service. Jen, Carol and Robyn run the store short staffed. It's amazing how much they are able to do between the three of them. I wish dollar general was more observant to how hard these woman work. The store is always clean and tidy. Best dollar general around.
