I have Parkinson's and am taking my 4th round of 8 week classes designed especially for Parkinson's patients. Monday is a vigorous exercise class with emphasis on balance and building muscle. Tough but really good! Wednesday is Tai Chi- peaceful, graceful movement that teaches us slow, steady positions that help release dopamine. It is relaxing and very helpful. Read moreThe main entrance seems to be on the West side -- initially, I went to what I thought was the main entrance in the front of the building and found only a gated patio. So then I walked to the East side (adjacent to the ice-cream shop) and found that the "front" greeting desk was at the far end of that hallway! 200 steps just to check-in!
