I took a older iMac (2012) in for them to help me figure out why it randomly restarts. When I took it in it worked. I could use it to surf the internet, play games etc. after 1 week I havenât received a call/ email nothing so I called and was told another people was working on it. 5 more days pass and I have to call again and was told itâs the ram causing the problem. He said we will try some different ram after the holiday weekend. 5 or six more days pass no calls from them so I called again now they think itâs the power supply. Before I took it in I ordered a power supply and mentioned that when I first took it in. They said drop it off we will put it in and try it. I took the power supply up to the store. Another 5-6 days pass and I get a call saying they donât know what it is and itâs not worth trying to fix. So I go pick it up. When I talked to the guy the last time I asked if they put everything back to the way it was and does it work. They said yes. I get it home and it wonât even power on. So almost 3 weeks pass now my computer wonât even turn on and I canât even get a straight answer out of anyone. They keep saying Iâll ask the other guy and call you back. Thatâs been almost another 10 days. Not to mention itâs blond hair and dirt all behind the glass of the screen. I donât even believe they tried my power supply.    Read moreI had an issue with a new PC I purchased. It would not open any games I downloaded on Steam. I was devastated by this.
The guy who took my ticket in immediately stepped up and quickly solved th e issue. I sent the computer in yesterday, and he called me back this morning. One hour later or less, he called me back and informed me that he was able to complete the job.
I was so shocked by how fast he did it. I was already in the area seeking construction trash bags and received the call and said I'll come right away to pick it up.
When I arrived he allowed me to test the game and I was in disbelief that the main game I wanted to play works including other games!
I think his name was Mike or Michael who helped me and he was so patient with me too despite I have a lack of knowledge on computers and this is my very first gaming computer.
Overall, let's just say I have been playing games the majority of the day, and I have three off days!

If you leave your laptop in their care they wonât contact you they will just send it off to get recycled! Not sure how a place with this kind of customer service stays in business. The guy that answered the phone told me they are not a storage facility and they recycle all laptops after 3 months! Never received a consent form or anything to give them authorization to recycle my personal property. No one reached out to me at all about recycling my laptop, even the gentlemen at the store who I was texting with couldn't let me know. Maybe a 7-14 day heads up would be nice! I trusted this company with all my personal information on the laptops hard drive and they just decided to give it away. Who knows who they sent my personal information to when they said they ârecycled itâ! Donât do business with this company for anything they canât even get the basics of putting policies in place to protect...
