AT&T Store — Local services in Porterville

Honestly am not one to go online and review a place, especially give them a negative review, but this establishment had me fed up. Walked in there yesterday around 3:50pm, no one acknowledged me and my buddy, no greeting, no smiles, no nothing! No customer service whatsover. On top of that waited for 30 mins or even more to make a phone payment. And still no apology or "how are you doing today?", nothing but bad service. I believe it was just the associates that were there. The part that really got me mad was during the time waiting they DID NOT BOTHER TO SAY AT LEAST, "WE WILL BE RIGHT WITH YOU SIR". Like I said no acknowledgment. Not coming back here again unless it's different...

If I could give less than one star I would. I came in after ordering a phone online, i was suppose to split the payment between two cards. The girl had no idea what she was doing and first said that they only charged me for taxes on the phone, when in reality they charged over 1000 dollars to my cards. When I asked to return the phone because that is not how the payment was suppose to go, she simply said “there’s nothing I can do” and would not return the phone. (Still in the box, not even turned on or opened). I had to pay at a different store to return my phone and I tip of that a lot in overdraft fees. Gerado at this location was great!! He was nice, straight to the point and did not try to push to sell things anything extra that I wasn’t there for. I appreciate that, he got me in and out in like 20 min! My phone had gotten stolen and he was able to help me get a new phone!! He was patient as I had my children with me and very kind! No waiting at this location which was also awesome!! Great store I would prefer this location over the Henderson one now that I have experienced it! It’s worth the small drive out to them!! The Henderson location is always packed and they are rude and pushy about selling unneeded services. Thank you...
