Had an amazing visit today with excellent customer service from the team.!!! I forgot to order my drink sugar free and they were happy to replace it. I felt so bad for inconveniencing them. A young man name A.J. came to the window assuring me it was no problem. I explained that I'm diabetic and I don't get stuff like this very often. We had a great conversation and he shared the many sugar free options available and that there's a 'secret menu' I can google. Well I keep reading these rave reviews about Gus and today I went and didn’t get Gus but I did get a wonderful person who took my order and when I asked “what’s your favorite drink?” they replied “I don’t have one cause I’d never drink Dutch Brothers Coffee!” Literally made me laugh out loud and then I placed my order for 2 drinks that were fabulous!
