OK as a regular from Starbucks, no matter the service. I am usually here for just the coffee. as you know the line for the Starbucks drive-through can get very long and as a part of my experience, I like to just get off and go inside and get my coffee. Everything was fine after I walked in the door paid for my coffee. 15 minutes soon to my order it by myself playing with my thumbs. No matter the line no matter the destination this order has never taken me so long. All I wanted was a nitro cold brew. After 20 minutes my coffee was now served. With 80% foam when it’s usually 60/40 and about 5 ounces of cofffe I asked the lady to remake my coffee because that’s not how nitro brews are supposed to be served . She kind of got offensive and she told me that’s how nitro cold brews are long story short she told her manager something else along the lines of “this is how the nitro cold brew is “right now” keyword if you’re nitro, cold brew is not up to par . Why would I want it. After ordering an iced Americano, and another 10 minutes of waiting my coffee was brought out . 33 minutes total of waiting supper...
Read moreI cannot speak highly enough of the quality service and environment at this Starbucks. On several occasions my coworkers and I have needed to use multiple tables to work on a project while enjoying some coffee, and nearly every time, Elena always offers us more space or some other convenience. She goes above and beyond to make customers feel welcomed and always has a smile on her face (beneath her mask). Being there frequently means we also get to see her interact with her staff, and she treats them absolutely wonderful - checking in on their personal issues, making sure they're okay, being flexible with their schedules and needs, everything. Because of this, the staff are also absolutely wonderful, not only doing an excellent job with your order, but being incredibly kind and having a fun time in what is surely a stressful job. Read morePlaced a mobile order for a tall vanilla bean frappe with caramel drizzle that I paid for and they didn’t give it to me. Luckily we caught it before we left and they did give add it upon asking. However, I also ordered a CHOCOLATE BROWNIE and they gave me a CROISSANT!!! Like? How did they get it that wrong. If they were out of the brownie that’s fine but at least tell me and let me pick out what I would like. Didn’t see until I got home. Was already having a bad day. Not the first time I’ve had problems at this location and the staff is nice (most of the time) so that’s why I keep going back but how do you get it wrong like that?...
