Came to pick up a doordash order here at this location Panda Express on Vandalia. But the workers and manager were so rude. They said my order had been picked up already. The Asian manager told me that to my face and then she walked away. She looked at me like what am i still doing here (wide eye contact) I contacted doordash support to help me in this situation because I was stuck on the screen of the order. They told me they would contact the store to remake it because it was an active order. As I sat Waiting patiently I heard one of the workers on the phone with customer suppot telling him, Are you sure you're with doordash? They told customer support that they would have to send another ticket though. For them to remake it. Going back to when I asked The manager, "Did they show you confirmation the other person that picked up the order?" Manager asked the worker and she kinda stumbled and was unsure saying uh.. yes. Read moreI'm busy so I place my orders online and then come pick up either inside or drive thru. Its more convenient for me. But I'm noticing that PANDA EXPRESS is having trouble on the follow through of ordering online and picking up in store at the time requested. I give panda express at minimum 30 minute's even longer up to 4 hrs when I place my orders online. And when I arrive for pick up, they don't have my order ready. Today, I actually called the store to make sure they received my order online because I didn't receive my email confirmation. My order wasn't ready and I had to wait 30 minutes inside. Not cool. I mean that's the reason I order online for the convenience, but it's just becoming ridiculous. Because it has happened more than 3+ times. I'm going to have to find my Chinese food fix...
