Bad experience with customer service and the person that dispatched me on a return was NASA on May 25, 2024 at approximately 6:00pm. This jerk gave me attitude when I wanted to return my merchandise he said without even looking at the receipt, Nasa stated that I could not return merchandise🤔 and I told Nasa to look at the receipt that it was not even May 26th yet. Therefore he gave this hesitation like forcefully he had to look into the return. Nasa still said I don't know if the computer is going to accept the return?? I told NASA why do you get upset because I want to return merchandise and I told him the clothing didn't fit. I said to NASA please remove purchase from my credit card beccause I didn't want the money. All I wanted was an honest return with a good attitude but this idiot was making this horrible face.
