I received poor customer service. The woman at the resister treated me extremely poorly. I asked a simple question. I asked why there wasn’t food today on Tuesday June 18th. Exactly what the paper said. She said there cleaning it. Must I add how rude ‘trudy’ was? I truly hope that’s her name. She made me want to never shop there again. I called to complain and she shut me out. She even hung up on me said there’s nothing she can do. What exactly do you mean? How can you be so rude to people that come into your establishment. I wouldn’t employ someone like that. She is so rude. It is the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life. I am glad that I didn’t blow up on her in person. Which is why I called on the phone. She told me she’s really busy. Hm. Really too busy to hear a complaint?? How can an establishment be okay with that? Having someone so rude working there. This store has become my favorite store. The manager Jen is amazing. She treat you like family and even checks on us. If they haven’t seen us in a while, I seen her go above and beyond for her employees and customers also the deli manager is such a delight she makes our food with care and treat us as family. Also, she checks on us as well when she hasn’t seen us. I just want you guys to know that these two girls are amazing. Couldn’t ask for better and Adam. He’s the best. He’s the right man for the job. In Porterville .. ALL the Sierra Mini Marts are go-to’s! They stand out amongst your regular corner store; you’re not gonna go into an unconditioned store with hot beer and out dated and expired products..!? No! So happy not much has changed since being under new management! I got favorites at all 3 stores but overall all the employees have good customer service besides a couple bad eggs!
