Super Burger Drive-In — Restaurant in Porterville

On a scale of 1 to 10...10 being great I would rate it a 7. A friend of my husband's actually recommended this place. We ordered the Pastrami platter. It was ok. I would rather the buns be a different type but the fries are crinkle style which I like..crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The prices are reasonable considering fast food is getting to be outrageous nowadays. The drinks are generous. I tried a chocolate shake which was pretty good. The place is clean, not to crowded. Parking is plentiful. I have one negative though..any "extras" like chili's, ranch dressing they charge you...

I remember when, at one time, their food was good ,but recently i ordered two pastrami sandwiches, and much to my suprise, they are really overpriced, and the pastrami meat is really low grade now ,with every bite i was pulling all the meat out of the sandwiche due to the meat having a lot of stringy meat because of the meat grade too much nerve ,that's the only way i can describe it .I suggest to the owner ,make yourself a pastrami sandwich and eat it and you tell me ,oh yeah, and it was old when i got it .Sorry, but it's the truth .I won't be eating there...

If I could one star I would this was by far the nastiest food I have ever eaten I asked what was on the steak sandwich and she said it is packed with veggies steak and mayo I ask for no mayo I get the sandwich and it was so saturated in grease it was dripping plus there were no veggies just a bunch of soggy fried onions the steak was obviously a frozen pattie it was so gross that I could not eat it I had to spit it out it was a waste of money there is no way that was worth 13 dollars It was the first and only time I will ever go there just...
